Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The Academy of Korean Studies is planning to receive applications for the “2022 AKS Graduate Fellowship” program between April 18 (Mon) to May 13 (Fri). Foreigners and overseas Koreans who are doing master's and doctoral degree at overseas universities and interested in Korean Studies, please refer to the attached file.

ㅇ Details of support: Research grant of KRW 750,000 per month, round-trip airfare, accommodation

ㅇ Application period: 6 months (202.9.1.~2023.2.28.)

ㅇ Applicants must meet one of the following conditions : ① Applicants are enrolled in a Master’s or a doctoral degree program at an overseas university. ② Applicants completed coursework and are in the status of ABD (All But Dissertation) in a Master's degree program at an overseas university.

※ ABD students in a doctoral degree program at an overseas university are NOT eligible for AKS Graduate Fellowship, but eligible for AKS Fellowship run by the AKS’ Center for International Affairs. / Those with excellent Korean proficiency are preferred
