The Embassy of the Republic of Korea announces the launching of an online appointment system for consular services with effect from January 13, 2021 (Wednesday). 

Date and time must be confirmed through online application in advance for all consular services.

Online appointment must be made at least 1 day before the appointment date.

On-site appointment without online reservation will not be entertained.

※ Important Notice

1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

2. Please show your REFERENCE CODE and ID card (Passport) to the concerned officer at the Embassy.

3. Please take note that the time confirmed through online appointment may vary a little.  

4. Do not forget to wear masks and maintain 2 meter physical distancing.

5. Please bring the exact amount of money in dollars as we do not provide exchange facilities.
