Embassy of the Republic of Korea informs that it will resume its visa issuance partially, beginning 1st. April, 2021 (Thursday).

□ Long-term visa (More than 90 days) Issuance Resumes
Please note that issuances of short-term visas (less than 90 days) are still suspended, due to COVID-19 procedures to prevent the spread, except in urgent cases (diplomatic, essential business purposes, limited to professions with special expertise, deaths of the citizens’ families in Korea and other humane reasons).
1. Subject : Visa applicants applying for marriage (as spouses of Korean citizens), studies and other long-term reasons
2. Application and collection Schedules:
◯ Application: Mon-Fri 09:30 to 11:30(Hours will be kept strictly/excluding holidays)
◯ Collection: Mon-Fri 14:00 to 16:00(Hours will be kept strictly/excluding holidays)
- Please note that all visa issuances take at least 14 days for processing from the date of any application

Please note that all visa applications are exclusive for only those who make reservations on-line (Applicants for marriage visas (as spouses of Korean citizens) do not need a reservation)
