On October 29, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Tae-Young Park, attended KOICA Overseas Volunteer Project Handover Ceremony at Shree Bishankhu Narayan Secondary School.
Kyung Hee Lee, Korea Overseas Volunteer dispatched by the KOICA, has been actively supporting the schaol over the past year, including the project of "Let's play together in the playground."
Through the World Friends Korea program, KOICA has been deploying volunteers to various developing countries to share Korea’s development experiences and support local economic and social development. Since 1990, approximately 3,200 volunteers have been dispatched to Nepal, engaging in various support activities throughout the country.
