Due to the significant increase in demand for consular services, our Embassy has implemented a new online appointment booking system with an enhanced identification process to improve fairness and transparency.

Starting from February 3rd, 2025, appointments for VISA applications can be made through the new website: https://koreanembassynepal.org

Appointment slots for the following week open at 10:00 AM (Nepal Standard Time) on the corresponding days:

- Appointment slots for Monday and Tuesday open at 10:00 AM on Mondays.

- Appointment slots for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday open at 10:00 AM on Wednesdays.

※ In case slot opening day is a holiday of our Embassy, the appointment date will be postponed until 10:00 AM on the next working day.

Once available slots for the week are filled, no further appointments will be accepted.

Please refer to the attached file for detailed instructions on how to make an appointment through the new system.

Please be advised that if the personal information of the one who made an appointment and that of the visitor are different, the application will NEVER be accepted.
