작성일
2024-09-18

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Nepal, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nepal is pleased to announce an extraordinary exhibition of digital art featuring traditional paintings from Korea. In collaboration with National Museum of Korea, this event will showcase the timeless beauty of Korea's artistic heritage, reimagined through cutting-edge digital technology.

Both Korea and Nepal take pride in cultural traditions that honor Buddhism, respect for elders, a strong sense of ethics, family-centered values, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. These cultural similarities between the two countries are beautifully reflected in the themes of this exhibition, which spans centuries of artistic expression and captures the essence of the traditions we hold dear.

This unique exhibition will offer visitors an immersive experience, blending the conventional and the modern, and presenting traditional landscapes, royal processions, and spiritual themes through innovative digital media.

Join us for this special cultural celebration, where art and technology converge to highlight the rich traditions and shared values of our two countries. The Embassy looks forward to welcoming you to this meaningful event that honors the past and looks forward to a future of continued cultural partnership and understanding.
