Recruitment Announcement for Visa Staff(Temporary)


The Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Cebu is looking for administrative staff who possesses passion and expertise. Please send the required documents until May 12, 2024.

 

 

  • 1.Basic Qualifications, Duties, & Responsibilities:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required for this position;

  • Must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;

  • Must have excellent writing and research skills;

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and basic office machines, and familiarity with the Internet for research purposes is required;

  • Provide support for the Consular, Visa and Administration Sections of the Consulate

 

 

  • 2.Employment Conditions


  • Period of Contract: June 17, 2024 to October 11, 2024 

    -Replacement, due to staff's maternity leave

  • Position: Visa Staff (Temporary)

  • Salary(Base pay): 460 USD/month

  • Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

  • Beginning date of work: June 17, 2024

 

 

  • 3.Required Documents

  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae (includes birthdate and photo)

  • A self-introduction letter, (recommendation letter, if applicable)

  • Employment Certificate of previous or recent occupation

  • NBI Clearance

 

*Applicants who pass the document screening will be individually  notified with the interview date

  • -The subject of the email must be ‘Visa Staff Application_(full name of the applicant)’

  • -Applications that have been submitted will not be returned. Submission of fake documents will be automatically cancelled and will no longer be accounted as applicant.

  • -Applications that do not follow the instructions or are missing any required documents will not pass the document screening.

  • -If, after the selection process, the first chosen applicant refuses the job offer, the Consulate reserves the option to extend the offer to the next-in-rank.
