Vacant Position: Administrative Staff (Admin Section)
Work Hours: Full-time (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday
Salary: USD 504.00 per month
Benefits: Paid annual vacation, paid holidays, 13th month pay, and medical benefits
Basic Qualifications:
1. A degree in International Studies or an equivalent Social Science course is required for this position.
2. Experience working in an executive assistant role (Philippine government or foreign/diplomatic mission) is an advantage.
3. Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
4. Have excellent writing and research skills.
5. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, and Internet for research purposes.
6. High sense of responsibility and collaboration with the ability to work with a diverse group.
