The Ministry of Justice in Korea resumed the visa-free entry permit system for foreign transit passengers from April 30, 2023. 

For Filipino nationals, following are the applicable cases :

1) Visa-free entry for 30 days is permitted to individuals who hold a valid visa of any type(i.e. tourist, student, re-entry permit, permanent residency) to the United States, Canada, Australia, or 32 European countries(refer to attachment for details) who transits through Korea while travelling to the said countries.

However, if a person has previous violation of law such as illegal stay, or has been denied entry from Republic of Korea or the destination country, the person's entry to Republic of Korea may be denied.

2) If you transfer at Incheon International Airport to go to a country other than the one listed in (1), you can tour within three days when you participate in a Transit Tourism Program recognized by the Korean government.
