As of present, Feb. 13, 2023, user registration for Consular Services 24 English website is available. User registration before the opening of slots is recommended for smooth reservation process.

Non-member log-in is still available for those who do not wish to register. However, please be informed that for non-member users, there may be delays in reservation process such as delayed authentication emails.

※ Precautions (to avoid fraudulent reservation)

1) Name on the user information must be visa applicant’s English name on passport

2) Accurate information must be used for registration. Name cannot be modified once registration has been completed
