< Notice on Official Operation of Korea Visa Application Center >

 In line with the official operation of Korea Visa Application Center(KVAC) from August 29, 2023, all Korean visa applicants must submit their visa applications at KVAC. Details are as follows:

□ KVAC Overview

 ○ Location and Contact Number

   - 9F~10F, Brittany Hotel BGC, 6 Mckinley Pkwy, BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila

 ○ Office Hours

   - Days open: Same as the embassy's working days. Holidays will be announced from time to time

   - Office hours: 09:00–17:00

 ○ Service Fee: PHP 900

□ Visa Application

 ○ KVAC will accept Korean visa applications for all visa types. 

   - However, visa application for diplomatic passport holders, official passport holders, and for those who require a    visa urgently within one to two days due to clear humanitarian reasons will be exceptionally accepted at the embassy.

 ○ The processing period for visa issuance will differ depending on the daily number of applications received.

   - The expected processing period will be announced from time to time.

   - Visa applicants must visit KVAC to receive their passports after receiving SMS that their passport is ready to

   be released.

□ Recommendations

 ○ In the early stages of official operation, heavy demand for applications is expected, which may result in

 crowded waiting area and extended waiting time. Therefore, if you have enough time on your schedule, please

 avoid visiting KVAC on the first week of official operation.

 ○ There are many applicants in the morning, so for releasing of passports, please visit KVAC in the afternoon for

 smooth processing.
