If a visa applicant needs a shorter processing time than the usual period, he/she may pay an express fee and apply for an express visa.

o Applicable visa type: Short-term visit (C-3)

o Subject to application: Applicant for a short-term visit visa with a reasonable reason to request express processing

- It is necessary to submit evidence on the reasons for the need for express processing (such as the schedule for visiting Korea, documents confirming the purpose of the invitation, etc.)

※︎ In general, visa applicants for tourism purposes are not eligible for express visa applications.

o Express fee: $20 (excluding visa application center fee)

o Express processing period: 5 working days
