■ C-3(Short term visit)Visa Requirements for Employees

1. Visa Application Form no.17

2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture

3. Original Passport

4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)

5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)

7. Original Certificate of Employment [must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address]

8. Original Personal Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

9. Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)

10. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

11. Invitation Letter

1)  Individual invitation :  Photocopy of the inviter's Korean ID (driver's license, resident register card, alien registration card)

2)  Company Invitation :  Photocopy of corporate business registration certificates or non-profit corporations(government agencies and organizations, etc.) unique number certificates

* Important notice when writing invitations

- No notarization is required.

- Please submit both Korean and English.

- If you are invited to a corporation (organization), it must fill out the official document form of the corporation (organization) to which you belong (company logo, Emblem) and fill out the address of the domestic company, the name of the person in charge, and the contact information (telephone number, e-mail address).

- There is no fixed form for the invitation, but you can use the embassy form if necessary. invitation(link)

- All invitations must include personal information, contact information (callable), purpose of invitation (stay), length of stay, visit expenses, etc. so that you can know the purpose of the invitation and the relationship with the inviter.
