■ Visa Requirements for Adopted Adult Child of Filipino Spouse (C-3-1)

※ Applicable for adult child of Filipino spouse who is NOT the biological child of Korean who has already been adopted by the Korean spouse. Child's personal financial and occupation documents are required.

1. Application Form
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport 
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)
7. Certificate of Employment [must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address]
8. Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

9. Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
10. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

11. Original PSA Birth Certificate of Applicant 

12. Original or copy of Korean parent's Cerfificate of Korean Family Registry(detailed, valid for 3 months) 
13. Original Parent's PSA Marriage Certificate

14. Original or copy of parents' Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months)

15. Copy of parent's Basic Certificate with detailed information (detailed, within 3months) 

16. Original or copy of Adoptive Relation Certificate (detailed, valid for 3 months)

17. Original or copy of Paternal Adoptive Relation Certificate (detailed, valid for 3 months) 

18. Photocopy of Bio-page of parents' Passport

19. Invitation Letter written in Korean from Korean parent
20. Additional documents if parent/s is/are living in the Philippines

 - Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card
 - Original Employment Certificate if parent/s is/are working in the Philippines

 - Copy of DTI (or SEC) and Mayor's permit if parent/s has/have business in the Philippines

■ Visa Fee: below 59 days stay in Korea -- GRATIS
                    more than 60 days stay in Korea -- PHP2,000.00
