Visa Requirements for Filipino married to military Personnel Stationed in Korea


1. Application Form
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable, and Korean Visas will not be counted)

6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)

7. Additional document if short-term visit(C-3)

   1) If Student: Original School Certificate and Photocopy of School ID

      If Employee:

   - Original Certificate of Employment  (must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address

   - Photocopy of ITR(Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 Copy
      If Businessman:

   - Photocopy of SEC or DTI, Mayor's Permit

   - Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

   2) Personal Bank Certificate Original [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

   3)Personal Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)

8. Original PSA Marriage Certificate

9. Invitation Letter

10. Copy of Spouse's Passport First Page 
11. Photocopy of Inviter's Military ID (Front & Back)
12. Photocopy of Military Order
13. Photocopy of USFK form stating dependent status (submit only if applicable)
14. Photocopy of CFO Certificate
 (submit only if available)


■ Visa Fee: C-3(short-term) below 59 days stay in Korea -- GRATIS
              
C-3(short-term) 60 to 90 days stay in Korea -- PHP2,000.00

A-3(long-term) -- GRATIS
