■ VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS IN THE PHILIPPINES

1. Application Form
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable, and Korean Visas will not be counted)
6. Photocopy of ACR I-Card, Philippine long-term visa, and arrival stamps to Philippines
7. Personal Bank Certificate Original [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

8. Personal Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
9. If Student: Original School Certificate and Photocopy of School ID
   If Employee:

   - Original Certificate of Employment  [must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address]

   - Photocopy of ITR(Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 Copy
   If Businessman:

   - Photocopy of SEC or DTI, Mayor's Permit

   - Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

10. Visa Fee: Single - PHP2,000.00 Multiple - PHP4,500 (fee may differ for some nationalities)

( If personally invited by Korean ) - authentication not required
- Invitation Letter written in Korean
- Photocopy of inviter's Passport or Identification Card

( If invited by Company in Korea ) - authentication not required
- Invitation Letter written in Korean
- Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit

For nationals of below countries who are applying for Korean visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of the Philippines, only those who possess Philippine long-term residence visa (marriage visa, working visa, student visa, retiree's visa, permanent resident visa, and others) and have continuously stayed in the Philippines for more than 2 years will be allowed to apply.
