4. Copy of Passport Bio Page
5. Copy of Invitors' Korean Certificate of Marriage History with detailed information (issued within 3months)
6. Invitors' Original PSA birth Certificate

7. Invitors' Invitation letter
8. Copy of invitors' Bio page korean valid ID
9. Copy of invitors' Basic Certificate with detailed information(issued within 3months)

*If naturalized citizen is about to give birth or sick, additional Medical Certificate should be submitted

                  60days~90days : Php 2,000
