1. Application Form(w/1 piece of Passport size colored picture)

2. Original Passport(w/ Photocopy of Passport Bio-page)

3. Visa Issuance number

4. Photocopy of Employment Contract

5. Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit

(applicant's career)

6. Original Certificate of Qualification or Experience (Issued within the last 3 months) & a copy of the ID with the signature (Driver's license, Passport, PhilHealth ID)

7. Photocopy of BIR 2303 COR of current or past place of work(valid for 3 months)

8. Photocopy of BIR 2303 COR of PHL Agency

9. Original COE of the manager in charge of the applicant

(must include it)

a.The COE must be printed on the official company letterhead and signed by an authorized representative such as the company director, valid only in this case

b. Submission of official documents confirming the company's representative. (e.g., SEC, GIS, DTI, BUSINESS PERMIT)

10. Visa fee: Php 3,000

11. Original Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening & The laboratory test result

Failure to Appear for Interview

• If you cannot appear at your scheduled interview, your visa may be canceled automatically, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Need to changed the interview date

•The Interview is held every Wednesday at 2P.M.

• If you need to changed the date of interview from the KVAC, please contact the Korean Embassy by email at least 3(three) days before the scheduled interview. The changed date will be notified by email individually.

Restrictions

• In the process of inquiring about the applicant’s career, we would like to inform you that the visa processing cannot be completed or there are restrictions on visa issuance in the following cases.

* if confirmation is delayed due to the lack of contact with the past workplace,

* if the submitted documents are confirmed fake.

• Please submit the email address of the person in charge of the past workplace and the mobile phone number that we can contact.

Please Note

• Applicants who did not submit the origina Certificate of Qualification or Experience to K-VAC must bring the original on the day of the interview.

• You should review the validity of all required documents you submitted to KVAC.

• All required documents are valid for 3(three) months from the date of issuance.
