■ 국민의 배우자 단기방문(C-3-1) 

※ 한국과 필리핀에 모두 혼인신고를 마친 경우에만 신청 가능합니다.

※ 초청인(한국인)이 필리핀에 장기체류하거나 생계기반이 있는 경우가 아니라면 단기방문 초청은 제한됩니다. (예: 한국인이 필리핀에 2~3회 단기방문하여 혼인신고 후 초청하는 경우) 이 경우는 결혼이민사증(F-6 비자)를 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 여권용사이즈 사진 1매
3. 여권원본
4. 여권(사진면) 복사 1부
5. OECD 국가 관광비자 소지자의 경우, 비자면 복사 1부
6. PSA 결혼증명서 원본 1부
7. 필리핀인이 등재된 혼인관계증명서 (상세, 3개월이내 발행서류)  사본 1부
8. 한국인의 여권(사진면)
9. 배우자의 초청장 1부(*별도의 서식 없으며, 공증은 필요없습니다)
- 초청인 및 초청자의 인적사항, 초청목적 및 체류기간 등 자세히 기재후 서명 날인      
10. 한국인 배우자의 필리핀 체류증빙서류

- 한국인(직장인) : 회사 재직증명서 원본 1부(3개월 이내 발급), 필리핀 체류비자 복사 1부(또는 I-CARD)
- 한국인(사업가) : 사업관련 서류(SEC, DTI 등)  사본 각 1부, 필리핀 체류비자 복사 1부(또는 I-CARD)

■ 수수료: 59일 이하 체류예정 - 면제

                 60~90일 체류예정 - PHP2,000 

                 30일 체류예정, 5년 복수비자 - 면제

*부부사이에 출생한 자녀가 있는 경우, 한국인의 가족관계증명서(상세, 3개월이내) 추가로 제출

*1년이상 정상적인 혼인관계를 유지한 경우 복수비자 발급 대상자

■ Short Term Visit Visa for Filipino Married to Korean(C-3-1)

※ Short term visit visa for Filipino married to Korean may only be applied after registering marriage in both Korea and the Philippines

※ If the Korean spouse is not based in the Philippines, please apply for spouse visa(F-6 visa).

2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport 
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable)
6. Original PSA Marriage Certificate

7. Copy of Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months)
8. Photocopy of Bio-page of Korean's Passport
9. Invitation Letter written in Korean from Korean Spouse
10. Documents to prove Korean is living in the Philippines

 - Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card
 - Original Employment Certificate if Korean is working in the Philippines

 - Copy of DTI (or SEC) and Mayor's permit if Korean has business in the Philippines

■ Visa Fee: below 59 days stay in Korea -- GRATIS

                      more than 60 days stay in Korea -- PHP2,000.00

                      30 days stay in Korea, 5yrs Mutiple - GRATIS

*If Filipino has children born between Korean, additional Korean's Family Register Certificate (가족관계증명서) should be submitted

*Multiple entry visa may only be granted for those who have maintained their marriage for more than 1 year
