■ 직장인 비자구비서류

1. 비자신청서 1부
2. 여권용사이즈 사진 1매
3. 여권원본
4. 여권(사진면) 복사 1부
5. OECD 국가 관광비자 소지자의 경우, 비자면 복사 1부

6. PRC Card 또는 IBP Card 사본 (소지자의 경우에만 적용)
7. 신청인의 재직증명서 원본1부[직급, 보수, 채용일자, 회사 주소, 인사담당 연락처(휴대전화번호 받지않음), 인사담당 이메일주소 포함]
8. 신청인의 은행잔고증명서 원본 1부 (계좌명, 계좌번호, 계좌유형, 현 잔고, 계좌 개설일자, 6개월간 평균 잔액 포함)

9. 신청인의 은행 거래내역서 3개월분 (현재로부터 과거 3개월간 거래내역)
10. ITR(소득세 납부증명서 BIR 발행) 사본 1부

11. 수수료:  면제(59일 이하 체류예정) /  PHP2,000 (60~90일 체류예정 )

(개인 초청의 경우)
- 초청인의 초청장 1부(공증불필요)
- 한국 신분증 사본 1부
  * 사증심사는 초청인을 심사하는 것이 아니고, 신청자의 서류를 심사한 후 비자 발급이 결정되는 바, 비자신청자의 개인서류가 중요합니다. 한국인 초청자의 자격만으로는 필리핀인의 비자가 발급되지 않습니다.

(회사 초청의 경우)
- 국내회사 직인이 찍힌 초청장 1부(공증불필요) - 국내회사 주소, 연락처, 담당자 성명 필수
- 법인 사업자등록증 사본 1부
  * 초청장 서식은 별도로 없으며, 필리핀 초청자 인적사항, 국내초청인 인적사항, 체류목적, 체류기간, 경비 등  자세히 기재 (회사공문서식으로 한글로 작성)
 * 국내에서 준비해서 보내실 서류는 직접 초청하려는 필리핀인에게 보내시기 바랍니다.

■ C-3(Short term visit)Visa Requirements for Employees

1. Application Form
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture
3. Original Passport 
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)

6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)
7. Original Certificate of Employment [must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address]
8. Original Personal Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)]

9. Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
10. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316
11. Visa Fee: GRATIS (59 days below stay in Korea) / PHP2,000 (60 to 90 days stay in Korea) 

( If personally invited by Korean ) - authentication not required
- Invitation Letter written in Korean
- Photocopy of inviter's Passport or Identification Card

( If invited by Company in Korea ) - authentication not required
- Invitation Letter written in Korean
- Photocopy of Korean Company Business Permit
