■  유학생 비자구비서류

1. 비자신청서 1부 (원본 자필)
2. 여권원본
3. 여권용사이즈 사진 1매
4. 여권(사진면) 사본 1부
5. OECD 국가 관광비자 소지자의 경우, 비자면 복사 1부
6. 최종학력증명서 원본 1부 (성적증명서와 졸업/재학증명서)
7. 본인 PSA 출생증명서 원본 1부
8. 본인 부모 PSA 결혼증명서 원본 1부 

9. 유학 경비를 조달할 수 있는 재정서류 (단, 장학생일 경우 제외) *유학하는 대학에 따라 재정능력서류가 다르니 해당 대학에 문의 
 - 부모의 재직증명서 원본 1부 (발급일로부터 30일이내 서류)
 - 본인 또는 부모의 은행잔고증명서 (발급일로부터 30일이내 서류/표준입학허가서에 기재된 금액 이상)
 - 부모의 ITR(소득세납부증명서)

10. 수학능력 및 재정능력 심사 결정내용이 포함된 표준입학허가서 (대학 총.학장 발행, 3개월 이내 발급된 서류)
 * 국립국제교육원 초청 정부장학생은 생략 (교육원장 발급 <초청장> 확인)
11. 교육기관 사업자등록증 사본 (고유번호증 사본)
12. 대학 간 학술교류협정 서류(* 교환학생에 한함)
13. 본국 대학의 장이 발급한 추천서 (*교환학생에 한함)
*비자수수료 : 3,000 페소

■ 결핵진단서 제출 필수

필리핀을 포함하여 아래 35개 국가의 국민이 장기체류 비자를 신청하는 경우 우리 대사관 지정병원에서 결핵진단서를 제출하여야 합니다.

** `22.12.1부터  과거 결핵치료력 및 의심증상 문진, 흉부X선 검사 필수 시행 (첨부 된 양식 사용)

- 결핵진단서 유효기간은 발급일로부터 3개월 임

- 만 5세 이하 소아의 경우에는 결핵진단서 제출 면제 

*결핵진단서에 병원 압인이 날인되거나 담당의사가 서명한 신청인의 사진은 필수 입니다. 담당의사의 결핵진단서와 병원 검사결과 또한 함께 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

■ VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDYING ABROAD

8. Parents' PSA Marriage Certificate

9. Financial Supporting Document (if no scholarship grant) 

 - Original Employment Certificate of Parents (issued within 30 days)
 - Original Bank Certificate of Parents/Applicant (issued within 30 days)

 - Photocopy of Parents ITR 

*The amount may differ depending on the school (refer to the amount stated at the Original Admission Certificate)
10. Admission Certificate from Korea (issued within 3 months)
11. Business Permit of the University in Korea
12. Scholarship Exchange Agreement (For Exchange Student only)
13. Recommendation issued from Philippine School (For Exchange Student only)
*Visa fee: Php 3,000 

■ Tuberculosis certificate required

All applicants of long-term visa with the below nationalities are required to submit Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening issued from hospitals designated by the embassy.

** TB treatment history, Signs & Symptoms suggestive of TB, and Chest X-ray result are mandatory from Dec. 1, 2022 (Use attached format) 

  - Validity of the medical exam is 3 months

  - Children below 5 years old are exempted.
 

*Passport sized picture of the applicant should be attached at the Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening. The picture should bear the dry seal of the hospital or the signature of the doctor in-charge. The laboratory test result should be submitted together with the Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening.

In case the result of examination is positive, the visa application is automatically denied.
