1.Working Hours 

 ○ Acceptance of Application: Monday to Friday 9:30~11:30 (Hours can be changeable)

 ○ Return of Passports: Monday to Friday 9:30~11:30

 ○ Processing Time: Minimum 3 weeks after receiving the application

 - Applicants who have completed the application can find out the status of Hyunjin by selecting the progress status of the visa portal site (www.visa.go.kr )

2. VISA Information for Pakistani Nationals

 ○ Pakistani nationals who have an ordinary passport have to obtain a VISA to enter the Republic of Korea

 ○ Diplmatic and Official passport holders are exempted from VISA for staying less than 90days in Republic of Korea

 ○ It is mandatory that applicants show in-person to submit their own application.

 ○ All invitaion and gaurantee letter must be notarized in Korea by rhe inviter and submitted in Original

3. Required Documents(Basic Documents to all applicants)

 ○ All applicants are requested to submit the Following documents

 ○ Passport(Valid for at least SIX months)

 ○ Application Form(filled in personally by the applicant)

 ○ 1 latest passport-size colored photograph

 ○ Documents according to the category of the status(See below)

 ○ More than 91days, Medical Certificate and TB test Report(Check for official medical centers on Our website

4. Required Documents and apply status of VISA’s

1) Business VISA (C-3-4) : less than 90days 

  A. Subject : someone who needed to visit Korea by business purpose

  B. Inviter Documents(Korean)

   ○ Original Invitation paper(Notarized, free form)

    - Brief company introduce, background of invitation, business purpose etc

    - After sending the original paper to visa application, he/she submits it to the Embassy

   ○ Origianl Guarantee paper(Notarized, fixed form)

     - The personal information of the invitee/applicant and the purpose of invitation must be writtend

     - After sending the original paper to visa application, he/she submits it to the Embassy

   ○ Copy of Business Registration Certificate

   ○ Proof of business relationship with the VISA applicant

    - Examples: B/L, L/C, Export/Import report Certificate, Contract, Invoice etc

   ○ Copies of Alien Registration Certification or VISA(in case the inviter is a Pakistani national)

  C. Invitee Documents(Pakistani)

   ○ Company and Personal Business Registration Certificate

     - Tax payer verification or NTN Certificate

   ○ Company and Personal Bank statement for previous SIX months

   ○ Business Relationship supporting Documents e.g L/C, B/L, Contract etc

 2) Short-term visit VISA (C-3-1) : less than 90days 

  A. Subject : visit to Family, Meeting, Conference, other reason visit to Korea

  B. Invier Documents(Korean)

   ○ Original Invitation paper(Notarized, free form)

    - Brief company introduce, background of invitation, business purpose etc

    - After sending the original paper to visa application, he/she submits it to the Embassy

   ○ Origianl Guarantee paper(Notarized, fixed form)

     - The personal information of the invitee/applicant and the purpose of invitation must be writtend

     - After sending the original paper to visa application, he/she submits it to the Embassy

   ○ Proof of invitation(plan for conference, acticities, training etc)

   ○ Copies of Alien Registration Certification or VISA(in case the inviter is a Pakistani national)

  C. Invitee Documents(Pakistani)

   ○ Certification of Job and Income

   ○ Recommendation Letter

   ○ Bank statement for previous SIX months

   ○ Others e.g marraige certificate, Family registration certifcate etc

 3) Student VISA (D-2 series, bachelor, master doctoral etc)

  A. Subject : Applicant who entered University in Korea

  B. College/University Documents(Korean)

   ○ Letter of admission(standar admission permit)

   ○ Certificate of scholarship from College/University 

  C. Applicant Documents(Pakistani)

   ○ Educational Certicates/Degress(Attested by HEC or Related Educational Board)

   ○ English Language Certificate(IELTS)

   ○ Bank statement of financial guarantee(self or family member only) and Financial Affidavit

* The Last 6 Months Bank Statements having enough money which can cover the whole cost of your stay in Korea on the certificate of admission. The money must have been held in Account for 1 Month at least. We cannot accept bank statements issued more than 2 weeks before the date of your application. If the Applicant is not able to support him/ herself financially, he/she can submit either Doc a) or Doc b) along with the applicant's own bank statements

a) Parents' Financial Affidavit: photocopy of the parents' passport, Agreement Letter with signature which explains the parents will fully support the applicant financially, 6 months bank statement of parents bank account with the balance which can cover the certain amount of money mentioned above for last 1 month and birth or family relationship certificate to confirm the relationship between applicant and supporter.

b) If you get scholarship, you need to submit certificate of the scholarship. On the certificate, the sponsor should clearly mention about the scholarship detail, such as receiver's name and total amount of money etc.

 4) Non-professional employment VISA (E-9)

5) Dependent Family VISA(F-3)

  A. Subject : Spouse of a person who has a long-term residence status in Korea, and Child under the age of 20

   ○ Non-professional employment(E-9) does not apply to the family VISA(F-3)

  B. Inviter Documents

   ○ Original Invitation and Guarantee Letter(Notarized)

   ○ Copy of Alien Registration Card

   ○ Proof of residence(real eastate contract, Confirmation of residence/accomodation, meet to standard of MOLIT)

   ○ Certificate of Employment

   ○ Certificate of tax payment(for Financial standard)

  C. Invitee Documents

   ○ Certificate of Family, FRC, Marriage, Birth certicate etc(All documents must be translated into Korean or English)

   ○ Health Certificate(TB) of Designated Hospital

6) Spouse of Korean(Marriage VISA, F-6)

  A. Subject : Spouse of Korean nationals

   ○ Marriage vaild in Korea

   ○ A person who stay in Korea for the purpose of marriage immigration

   ○ Applicant must visit to in Embassy in person

  B. Inviter Documents(Korean)

   ○ Gauratee Letter(Notarized)

   ○ Marriage background statement(attchement paper, writtend by Korean)

   ○ Copy of passport, Basic Certificate(detailed), Family relation certificate, Marriage certificate, resident certificate

   ○ Health certificate, Crimianl record certificate

   ○ proof of housing(real easte contract etc)

   ○ proof of income(basically documents issued by tax office)

  C. Invitee Documents(Pakistani)

   ○ Marriage background of foreing spouses(written by spuose in English or Korean 

   ○ Health certificate, Crimianl record certificate

   ○ Additional documents can be requested if necessary

7) Other Visa's such as Arts(D-1), Journalism(D-5), Investment(D-8) etc

   ○  Please visit the E-goverment website for foreingers(www.hikorea.go.kr) and the Ministry of Justice's immigration information website(www.immigration.go.kr)

5. The VISA apply fee(From march 2023)

   ○ Stay period less than 90days : 12,000 rupees

   ○ Stay period more than 91days : 18,000 rupees

※ The VISA apply fee shall be paid at the time of application for VISA, and refund is not possible even if the regected
