○Completed Visa Application form (clique aqui ir para o e-formulário) ○(Recomended) Check instructions for filling out the form: click here ○One color photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a light background, taken within the last three months ○If a photo is attached to the e-form, it is unnecessary. ○Valid resident card(comprovativo de pedido) or valid visa for Portugal ○Letter of intent with a plan ○Proof of means of subsistence including bank statements for the last three months. (bank stamp required, or print balance certificate from ATM machine - Please contact your bank, not the embassy, to find out what to do. ○If the visa is denied because the purpose of illegal stay or entry is unclear during the visa issuance process, the fee will not be returned. ○Other documents may be requested (poderão ser solicitados outros documentos) ○If you present a false document, you will be permanently refused a visa. (Se apresentar um documento falso, ser-lhe-á permanentemente recusado a pedir um visto.) ○Depending on your nationality, it may be necessary to apply the period of residence in Portugal. (Requirements for applying for a third country visa: possible after 2 years from the date of obtaining the residence card or temporary protection certificate ○If you submit an expired temporary protection certificate : Proof that the Temporary Protect certificate will be automatically renewed if it expires (Official Gazette of Portugal, etc.)
