▪ 34 Nationalities list required to have lived in Qatar above 2 years and need to prove it to apply for a Korean visa.

Required Documents for Tourist Visa (Spouse & Children)

• ●Visa Application Form

• ●Original Passport & QID:

• ○Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Korea.

• ○QID valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry into Korea (copy must show front and back on a single page).

• ●Proof of Residency:

• ○A "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from Metrash (with QR code) showing your residency permit details, including the first entry and expiry dates. This proves you have been a resident of Qatar for over two years.

• ●Travel Itinerary:

• ○Confirmed round-trip flight tickets.

• ○Hotel reservation with the traveler's name included.

• ●Travel History:

• ○Copies of your last 5 years of travel records (entry/exit stamps or visa pages from your passport), if applicable. The most recent entry date into Qatar must be included.

• ●Photograph:

• ○One passport-sized photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.

Additional Documents for Spouse and Children

• ●For Spouse: A copy of the Marriage Certificate with an English translation. This must have a stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Qatar.

• ●For Children: A copy of the Birth Certificate with an English translation. This must also have a stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Qatar.

• ●Alternative Option: If the MOFA stamp is not from the current year, you may submit a Family Member Residence Certificate (available through the sponsor's Metrash app) in addition to the marriage and birth certificate copies.

Documents from the Sponsor (Husband /Father)

• ●Sponsor's Passport & QID: Copies of both the passport and QID.

• ●Employment Certificate: An original certificate from your current company stating your position, start date, and salary. This does not require MOFA notarization.

• ●Company Documents:

• ○English Company Establishment Card (with QR code).

• ○English Commercial Registration (with QR code).

• ○Both documents must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry into Korea.

• ●Financial Proof:

• ○Your latest 3 months' bank statements, signed and stamped by the bank.

• ●Guarantee Letter:

• ○A letter stating that you are the sponsor for the visa applicants. It must include their names, passport numbers, and QID numbers. You must also guarantee that they will return to Qatar after their stay in Korea. This letter should be signed by you.
