1. Personal Documents
Original Passport & QID:
oPassport valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Korea.
oQID valid for at least three months from the date of entry into Korea (copy must show front and back on a single page).
Visa Application Form: A completed visa application form.
Photograph: One recent passport-sized photo with a white background, taken within the last six months.
2. Employment and Travel Documents
Employment Contract: An employment work contract that has been notarized by the Consular Department of the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Salary Proof: The visa applicant's salary payment slips or bank statements for the last three months. If the salary is paid in cash, the slips must be signed. If paid via bank, the bank statements must have a signature and stamp from the bank.
Proof of Residency: A "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from Metrash (with a QR code) showing your residency details. This document proves you have been a resident of Qatar for over two years.
Travel Itinerary:
oConfirmed round-trip flight tickets.
oHotel reservation with the traveler's name included.
Travel History:
Copies of your travel records for the last five years (entry/exit stamps or visa pages from your passport).
The most recent entry date into Qatar must be included.
3. Sponsor's Documents
Sponsorship Letter: A sponsorship letter from you, the sponsor, that includes:
oThe visa applicant's name, passport number, and QID number.
oTheir start date of employment.
oTravel dates and purpose of travel.
oA statement that you will cover all expenses and guarantee their return to Qatar.
oYour signature.
Sponsor's Employment & Financials:
oAn employment certificate from you, the sponsor, stating your position and salary.
oA copy of your passport and QID.
oYour original bank statements for the last three months, showing your salary, with a signature and stamp from the bank.
