Please prepare the following documents and visit the embassy to submit in person ▣

Processing period : 5 working days (can be extended) ▣

The Embassy can request additional documents(original, etc..) for visa issuance ▣

Please make an appointment on the website before visit the embassy ▣

If you reside in the western(Tabuk, Medinah, Makkah, Bahah, Asir, Jizan) of Saudi Arabia, apply for your visa at the Korean Consulate in Jeddah ▣

Visa application form ▶

www.visa.go.kr ->go to "Application" tab ->click "e-form(Visa)" -> read and click "Fill out the e-Form" button☞ ※

DO NOT use download form and DO NOT fill out "details of visa issuance confirmation" on the application ※

Fill out the application form on the website, please print out and make a signature on the completed application ※

Passport and passport copy ▶

Passport should be valid for more than 6 months 

Id(Saudi)/ Iqama(non-Saudi) copy ▶

※ which must be valid for more than 3 months

Company letter(=Sponsor letter) ▶

It should be notarized by Saudi Chamber of commerce ※

※Documents issued by the company the visitor : 

name, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, visit period, position, salary, etc

If you are unemployed:

submit your family(spouse, parents, children)'s company letter, family's passport copy, family card or family certificate translated into english Financial capacity, such as bank balances, also should be guaranteed

※Or, if you are working as a private worker (driver, housekeeper, etc.), please submit the letter written by the sponsor 

The letter should be notarized by ministry of foreign affairs : 

Sponsor information(name, passport number, id number), visitor information(name, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit : 

period of visit, salary, hire date, etc 

Company Registration ▶

Original bank statement for last 3 month ▶

※ There should be remained the balance over SAR 30,000 (per person) 

※ It should be included your payroll record and stamp:

If you receive the salary by cash, please submit salary slip issued by company

Flight E-ticket ▶

Hotel reservation ▶

Visa fee : Usually 160 SR ~ 360 SR(MADA Card) ▶

Additional requirement for Non- Saudi ▶

Exit & re-entry visa with company stamp (non-saudi) ▷

The period of stay in permit must be at least 1 month ※

※ If you attend the event(match, seminar, conference, exhibition) 

An invitation letter with attendee information(name, nationality, passport number) issued by the organizer and the Information an Invitation overview of the event notarization from the chamber of commerce in Korea can be requested
