Please prepare the following documents and visit the embassy to submit in person ▣

Processing period : 5 working days(can be extended) ▣

Korean Embassy can request additional documents(original, etc..) for visa issuance ▣

Please make an appointment on the website before visit the embassy ▣

If you reside in the western(Tabuk, Medinah, Makkah, Bahah, Asir, Jizan) of Saudi Arabia, apply for your visa at the Korean Consulate in Jeddah ▣

Visa application form ▶

www.visa.go.kr ->go to "Application" tab ->click "e-form(Visa)" -> read and click "Fill out the e-Form" button☞ ※

DO NOT use download form and DO NOT fill out "details of visa issuance confirmation" on the application ※

Fill out the application form on the website, please print out and make a signature on the completed application ※

If you don't know the detail of inviting company, please click "No" to the question Do you have an inviting company  ※

Passport and passport copy ▶

Passport should be valid for more than 6 months

Id(Saudi) / Iqama(non-Saudi) copy ▶

※ which must be valid for more than 3 months

Original Company letter ▶

 ※It should be notarized by Saudi Chamber of commerce

 ※Documents issued by the company the visitor : name, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, visit period, position, salary, etc.

Company Registration ▶

Original bank statement for last 3 month ▶

It should be included your payroll record, stamp from the bank

Documents from host party in Korea ▶

Documents : 

(1)Original invitation letter (it must contain purpose of visit, duration, accomodation and trip schedule)

(2)original guarantee letter

(3)copy of business registration

Essential : (1)and(2) should be attested by chamber of commerce or notarized in Korea

Flight E-ticket ▶

Hotel reservation ▶

Visa fee : 160 SR ~ 360 SR (MADA Card) ▶

Additional requirement for Non- Saudi ▶

If not that, please submit the additional *letter of detail issued by inviting korean company : 

ex) describe in detail the reason for the invitation and the reason why this condition is not met 

Exit & re-entry visa with company stamp (non-saudi) ▷

The period of stay in permit must be at least 1 month ※
