Please prepare the following documents and visit the embassy to submit in person ▣

Processing period : 5 working days, but some nationalities require 2 weeks for visa issuance ▣

Korean Embassy can request additional documents(original, etc..) for visa issuance ▣

Please make an appointment on the website before visit the embassy ▣

Visa application form ▶
www.visa.go.kr ->go to "Application" tab ->click "e-form(Visa)" -> read and click "Fill out the e-Form" button☞ ※

DO NOT use download form and DO NOT fill out "details of visa issuance confirmation" on the application ※

Fill out the application form on the website, please print out and make a signature on the completed application ※

Passport and passport copy ▶

Passport should be valid for more than six months - 

Id(Saudi) / Iqama(non-Saudi) copy ▶

※ which must be valid for more than 3 months

Certificate of admission(표준입학허가서) ▶

 Issued by the dean/president of the university ※

 Validity of letter : up to 3 month since issue date ※

A copy of Business Registration Certificate (or Registration Number Certificate) of a respective education institute ▶

Original documents indicating the final level of education ▶

It should be notarized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia or Apostille ※

Original documents proving your financial ability to support yourself ▶

It is certified letter of regular income (eg. company letter, amount of pension certificate) and for private company's job letter, attestation of Chamber of commerce is required

Or, If applicant dosen't have regular income and takes financial support from his/her parents or spouse

It can be substituted by for his/her parent's or spouse's certified letter of regular income, It should be notarized by Saudi Chamber of commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs

In this case, proof of family relationship will be required (family card of certification of family translated into english) along with letter of financial support

Or, scholarship grant letter (If applicant owns)

Original bank statement for last 3 month ▶

There should be remained the balance over the cost based on Admission document ※

Visa fee : 240 SR (MADA Card) ▶

Additional requirement for Non- Saudi ▶

Print out your iqama detail(iqama number, issuing date, expiry date) from absher or muqeem ※

Exit & re-entry visa with company stamp (non-saudi) ▷

The period of stay in permit must be at least 1 month ※
