Registration of Vaccination Status of Non-Korean Nationals Fully Vaccinated Abroad

DATE
2021-12-09

On 09 December 2021, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) announced that non-Korean nationals who received their vaccinations overseas can now register their vaccination records at the local public health centers.

Short-term visitors may present their passports and vaccination certificates for registration and would receive a "Confirmation of COVID-19 Vaccination" that would be recognized by Korean health authorities. Long-term visa holders, on the other hand, would present their Korean registration cards and vaccination certificates for registration. The vaccination status would subsequently be registered on COOV app.

Please refer to KDCA website (click) for more information.
