D-10-1 Job Seeker Visa
▷This page is meant for foreign nationals who plans to engage in a training or finding a job in a field qualified for a visa of Professor(E-1), Foreign Language Instructor(E-2), Research(E-3), Technical Instructor/Technician(E-4), Professional(E-5), Artist/Athlete(E-6), and Foreign National of Special Ability(E-7).
※ Permitted activities include job seeking or on-the-job training (including short-term paid internship) at an organization or company in ROK.
※ The activities related to Artist/Athlete(E-6) status only includes pure art or sports, and excludes adult entertainment business.
Eligibility Criteria |
1. A previous employee of a listed company on the Fortune's Global 500 Companies (link) for more than 1 year in the recent 3 years. 2. A graduate of a university listed on the Times' Higher World University Rankings (Top 200) (link) in the recent 3 years. 3. A graduate of a Korean community college or higher in the recent 3 years. |

▷Processing time is 4 working days. No urgent / express service.
▷Flight and accommodation bookings are not required.
▷We do not provide status update on your application. You will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.
▷We no longer issue physical visa stickers. You may download the visa grant notice online upon approval (read more here)
▷You are required to apply for Registration Card at a local immigration office in Korea within 90 days of your arrival. Should you decide to depart Korea for good, the Registration Card must be returned to the immigration office or immigration officer at the departure airport. Failure to do so will result in fine. The Embassy does not issue/extend Registration Card.

▷ Visa will be valid for 3 months upon issuance. You will need to enter Korea within 3 months of receiving the visa.

1. Visa application form with one passport photo taken against white background ※ Fill in your name as per your passport ※ Please ensure all fields are completed to the best of your knowledge. Leaving blanks on the form will cause disadvantage. 2. Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity (original and CLEAR photocopy of bio-data page) ※ Passport will be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application. 3. NRIC / EP / Spass / WP / LTVP / DP / STP (CLEAR photocopy) ※ Singaporeans may omit this. ※ For physical work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted. ※ For digital passes, the printout of pass information must include the verifiable QR code. ※ Blurred photocopies or omission of QR code may result in visa rejection.n. 4. Please provide one of the following: ⓐ Previous employee of a listed company on Fortune's Global 500 Companies: Letter issued by company stating date of hire and date of resignation (original and valid within 1 month of its issuance). ⓑ Graduate of a university listed on Times' Higher World University Top 200 Rankings: Degree Certificate (original and copy). ※Degree certificate awarded by foreign university must be apostilled in the issuing country prior to submission. ⓒ Graduate of a Korean community college or higher: Degree Certificate (original and copy) 7.
