F-3-1 Dependent Family Visa

▷Eligibility to apply: A spouse or unmarried minor child of D-1 Korean Arts and Culture, D-2 Student, D-4 General Trainee, D-5 Long-Term News Coverage, D-6 Religious Worker, D-7 Intra-company Transferee, D-8 Corporate/Foreign Investor, D-9 International Trade, D-10 Job Seeker, E-1 Professor, E-2 Foreign Language Instructor, E-3 Researcher, E-4 Technology Instructor/Technician, E-5 Professional, E-6 Artiste/Athlete or E-7 Foreign National of Special Ability visa holder.

▷ In-person submission (no appointment) or through an appointed travel agent (click).

▷ Submission & collection hours: 9am-11.30am, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays listed here (click)

▷Processing time is 4 working days. No urgent / express service.

▷Flight and accommodation bookings are not required.

▷We do not provide status update on your application. You will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.

▷We no longer issue physical visa stickers. You may download the visa grant notice online upon approval (read more here)

▷You are required to apply for Registration Card at a local immigration office in Korea within 90 days of your arrival. Should you decide to depart Korea for good, the Registration Card must be returned to the immigration office or immigration officer at the departure airport. Failure to do so will result in fine. The Embassy does not issue/extend Registration Card.

▷ Visa will be valid for 3 months upon issuance. You will need to enter Korea within 3 months of receiving the visa.

▷ Visa enquiries will be answered via email (consg@mofa.go.kr) only.

Documents required

1. Visa application form with one passport photo taken against white background

※ Fill in your name as per your passport

※ Please ensure all fields are completed to the best of your knowledge. Leaving blanks on the form will cause disadvantage.

2. Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity (original and CLEAR photocopy of bio-data page)

※ Passport will be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application.

3. NRIC / EP / Spass / WP / LTVP / DP / STP (CLEAR photocopy)

※ For physical work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted.

※ For digital passes, the printout of pass information must include the verifiable QR code.

※ Blurred photocopies or omission of QR code may result in visa rejection.

5. Proof of long-term stay in Korea (choose one below)

ⓐ If employed in Singapore: Letter issued by company to confirm approval of applicant's remote working arrangement / sabbatical leave request / resignation from the company...etc

ⓑ If studying in Singapore: Letter issued by school to confirm leave of absence / withdrawal from school.

6. Spouse's Korean visa / Alien Registration Card (CLEAR photocopy)

7. Official family relations certificate in English (CLEAR photocopy)

※ For spouse: Marriage certificate

※ For minor child: Birth certificate

8. Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements

※ Credit/debit card statements are not accepted

※ Overseas bank statements are not accepted

9. Tuberculosis test result issued in Singapore (applicable to certain applicants)
