C-3-9 Short Term Tourism Visa
○ Domestic helpers who will be travelling to Korea with their employers for humanitarian reasons should refer to this link (click) instead.
○ Nationals from countries eligible for K-ETA may apply for K-ETA instead.
○ Processing time: 4 working days. No urgent / express service.
○ Please submit your application through an appointed travel agent (click). Personal submission is strictly not allowed.
○ Applicants may be contacted for an interview if deemed necessary.
○ Flight and accommodation bookings are not required.
○ We do not provide status update on your application. The appointed visa agent will inform you of the collection date and you will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.
○ Visa is valid for 3 months upon issuance. You need to enter Korea within 3 months of receiving the visa.

1. Visa application form with one passport photo taken against white background ※ Fill in your name as per your passport ※ Please ensure all fields are completed to the best of your knowledge. Leaving blanks on the form will cause disadvantage. 2. Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity (original and CLEAR copy of bio-data page) ※ Passport will be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application. 3. NRIC / EP / Spass / WP / STP / LTVP / DP (CLEAR photocopy) ※ For physical work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted. ※ For digital passes, the printout of pass information must include the verifiable QR code. ※ Blurred photocopies or omission of QR code may result in visa rejection. 4. Re-entry permit (applicable to PR only) 5. Choose one of the following: ⓐ If you are employed: Letter issued by Singapore company to verify your employment status such as designation, salary, date of hire, date and purpose of visit (original and issued within recent 1 month). The letter should contain original, wet-ink signature and company stamp. ※ LOC (Letter of Consent) issued by MOM is required if you are LTVP / LTVP+ holder AND working. ⓑ If you are self-employed: latest printout of ACRA biz profile
ⓒ If you are a student: School letter stating name, passport no. and student status (original and issued within recent 1 month) ⓓ If you are unemployed: (i) Spouse's company letter (original), spouse's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and English marriage certificate (CLEAR photocopy) (ii) Child's company letter (original), child's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and child's English birth certificate (CLEAR photocopy) (iii) Parent's company letter (original), parent's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and child's English birth certificate (CLEAR photocopy) (iv) Child's school letter (original), child's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and child's English birth certificate (CLEAR photocopy) (v) Sibling's company letter (original), sibling's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and both applicant and sibling's English birth certificate (original and copy) ※ Birth/marriage certificate that is not available in English must be translated into English and endorsed by the issuing country's Embassy/High Commission in Singapore. 6. Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements / passbook (original and copy) / e-statements ※Credit/debit card statements will not be accepted. ※ Overseas bank account statements will not be accepted. ※ Please provide a CLEAR printout.
