IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE SCROLLING DOWN

1. Nationals from countries eligible for K-ETA (click) are required to apply for K-ETA instead.

2. Domestic helpers who will travel to Korea with their employers would need to apply for another visa type (click).

3. Applicants who will travel to Korea on company incentive trip would need to apply for another visa type (click).

4. Short-term visitors in Singapore are not eligible to apply for this visa at our Embassy.

5. You MUST submit your application through an appointed visa agent (click). Personal submission is strictly not allowed.

6. You may be contacted for an interview, if deemed necessary. Therefore, write your contact number clearly.

7. Do NOT book your ticket or accommodation before visa approval.

8. C-3-9 visa can be issued in single entry (valid for 3 months), double entry (valid for 6 months) and multiple entry (valid for 5 years). Request for multiple entry is subjected to approval of the Embassy. Do inform your visa agent on your preference.

○ Processing time: 4 working days (from the day of submission by the visa agent). No urgent / express service.

○ We do not provide status update on your application. The appointed visa agent will inform you of the collection date and you will know the result of your application on the scheduled collection date.

Documents required

1. Visa application form with one passport photo taken against white background

※ Fill in your name as per your passport

※ Please ensure all fields are completed to the best of your knowledge. Leaving blanks on the form will cause disadvantage.

2. Passport with at least 6 months remainder validity (original and CLEAR copy of bio-data page)

※ Passport will be kept at the Embassy during the processing of your application.

3. NRIC / EP / Spass / WP / STP / LTVP / DP (CLEAR photocopy)

※ For physical work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use "SGWORKPASS" app to obtain the latest pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted.

※ For digital passes, the printout of pass information must include the verifiable QR code.

※ Blurred photocopies or omission of QR code may result in visa rejection.

4. Re-entry permit (applicable to PR only)

5. Choose one of the following:

ⓐ If you are employed: Letter issued by Singapore company to verify your employment status such as designation, salary, date of hire, date and purpose of visit (original and issued within recent 1 month). The letter should contain original, wet-ink signature and company stamp.

※ LOC (Letter of Consent) issued by MOM is required if you are LTVP / LTVP+ holder AND working.

ⓑ If you are self-employed: latest printout of ACRA biz profile

ⓓ If you are unemployed: Spouse / parent / child's company or school letter (original), spouse / parent / child's passport (CLEAR photocopy) and English family relations document for relationship verification (CLEAR photocopy)

※︎ Family relations documents (such as birth and marriage certificates) that are not available in English must be translated into English and endorsed by the issuing country's Embassy/High Commission in Singapore.

6. Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements / passbook (original and copy) / e-statements

※ Credit/debit card statements will not be accepted (no exception).

※ Overseas bank account statements will not be accepted (no exception).

※ Please provide a CLEAR printout. Blurred copies may result in visa rejection.

7. Proof of K-ETA denial

※ Applicable to applicants who applied for K-ETA and got denied.
