1. Will I incur any additional cost when applying for visa through an appointed visa agent?

    ▷︎ The visa agent will charge a service fee for submission and this fee is NOT regulated or set by the Embassy. Applicants may contact the respective agents to check on their service fees.

2. What is the processing time for visa application?

    ▷︎ The processing time is 4 working days, inclusive of the day of submission by the agent at our office (not the day you pass your application to the agent).

3. How can I find out the collection date for my visa?

    ▷︎ The Embassy will inform the agent on the exact collection date upon receiving your application. Therefore, please contact your chosen agent.

4. My visa has been denied. Can I know the reason for rejection and if an appeal is possible?

    ▷︎ In general, we do not provide the reason for rejection. If appeal is possible, we will inform the appointed visa agent during the collection. Appeal can be submitted via the same appointed visa agent OR by the applicant in person with his/her passport and additional document(s) within 2 weeks of rejection. Please note that we do not charge a fee for appeals.
