대만재정부 국세청에 팩스보낸 내용입니다. 급합니다. 확인부탁드립니다. =============================================== Dear Sir, How are you? We are korea agent for sale Taiwan product and administer Korean clients. Taiwan head office and I had agent contract that I receive 10% of sale amount as commission. Our head office has taichoung plant(in Taiwan) and shanghai plant(in china). I sale our product to korean company(in korea and chian), but head office export to korea company directly. Product delivery as below Taiwan->China, Taiwan->Korea, China(shanghai)->Korea, China(shanghai)-> China And payment received by Taiwan and china plant to clients. My whole commission paid by Taiwan. Taiwan head office told me they have to take off about 20% of withholding tax. I checked korea trade association. They told me all tax pay in service accomplished place. It means, my sale and work in korea not taiwan. so I don't need to pay tax in taiwan. we need to pay tax in korea. (this is commission) So I would like to know, head office should take off 20% first?
