▶Visa Processing Time : Approximately 10 working days from the date of documents submission

▶Please note that it might take more if the case needs additional supplementary documents

▶We do not return visa documents once submitted

▶All requirements must be printed out before your submission

▶If the documents are issued outside Taiwan or overseas, an apostille or notarization from the host country is required

▶If you fail to submit any of the above documents or your documents do not satisfy our requirements, we will not be able to process your visa

7. Round trip flight ticket reservation record(It must be booked under the applicant’s name)

8. Provement of ARC(Certificate of working, studying, marriage, etc)

9. Certificate of entry and exit dates(date starting from 2014.1.1.)

10. Certificate of Residence in roc(✱︎It can be issued by immigration center in taiwan)（外國人居留證明書）

C-3-1(Attending Conference, exhibition, workshop)

1. Visa Application form

2. A passport-sized photo (Must be taken within 6 months)

3. Original passport(More than 6 months of the validity is required) and Copy

4. ARC card and Copy

5. Business/Organization registration certificate(conference/event/exhibit holder)

6. Invitation letter from korean company

7. Round trip flight ticket reservation record(It must be booked under the applicant’s name)

8. Certificate of account balance more than 100,000NTD（存款額證明書）

9. Provement of ARC(Certificate of working, studying, marriage, etc)

10. Certificate of entry and exit dates

6. Business registration certificate of Korean company

7. Round trip flight ticket reservation record(It must be booked under the applicant’s name)
