The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago invites qualified Proposers to propose to provide catering and rental service for 2025 National Day Celebration held in Oct 1st 2025 at 18:00-20:00.

- CONTRACT PERIOD : Oct 1st 2025

- TENDOR VALUE : $20,000.00(Approximately)

- BIDDING PERIOD: Accepting bids from Sep 17 - Sep 22 15:00 (Central Standard Time)

- BIDDING METHOD: Lowest price winning method

- CATERING AND RENTAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS(for est. 200 guests) :

  1) Provide Event Buffet(Western Style) : At least two main dishes(Steak and Salmon included), three side dishes and four desserts.

  2) Provide two Open Bars for beverages and alcohol

  3) Provide at least two bartenders, five servers, and four chefs

  4) Set up Korean Buffet with chafers and platters(Korean Buffet dishes will be prepared by the consulate)

  5) Support Korean Traditional Alcohol Toasting

  6) Provide utensils, dishes, small-sized/medium-sized wine glasses and medium-sized beverage glasses

  7) Provide at least seven sitting tables, fifteen hiboys and six setting tables (with linens)
