Ordinary Tourist (C-3-9)

• ●Maximum 90 days, single-entry visa

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Flight Itinerary, Hotel Reservation, Bank Statement (recent 2-3 months)

• ●In case of not having hotel reservation, you may submit invitation letter and invitor’s ID copy as alternative.

• ●Invitation letter must include invitor’s personal information, period of stay, address in Korea, and invitor’s signature at the bottom.

Short Term General (C-3-1)

• ●You are eligible to apply if you are participating in friendly sports-match, events or conference

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Document explaining the purpose of your entry (e.g. invitation letter, Conference Registration Confirmation), Flight Itinerary, Hotel Reservation

Business Visitor (C-3-4)

• ●You are eligible to apply if you are seeking for short-term stay for the purpose of market research, official business, consulting or other similar reasons

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Invitation Letter from the company in Korea, Certificate of business registration copy from the Company in Korea, Notarized Dispatch order stating employment status from the Company in the U.S, Flight Itinerary, Hotel Reservation,

Short-term Employee (C-4)

• ●You are eligible to apply if you are seeking for temporary performance activities, advertisement and fashion activities, lecture, speech and research

• ●Maximum 90 days,

(1) If you will be dispatched to a Korean company in accordance with a service -provide contract

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Copy of service contract, Dispatch order or a proof of overseas assignment, Invitation Letter from the company in Korea, Certificate of business registration copy from the Company in Korea

(2) Language instructor at an English Camp

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Document verifying your degree (Apostille confirmation), Criminal records (Apostille confirmation), Employment contract, Certificate of business registration copy from the company in Korea, copy of Certificate of private corporations, Camp schedule and lesson schedule

(3) Short-run show, fashion modeling

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Recommendation letter from the Korea Media Rating Board, Performance outline, Employment contract, Certificate of business registration copy from the company in Korea.

(4) Lectures, public speeches, researches

• ●Required documents : General Required Documents, Contract that indicates the wages/incentives (If such details are written on the invitation card as well, you do not have to submit the contract), Copy of the applicant's university degree/diploma and A proof of current employment, Certificate of business registration copy from the company in Korea.

Marriage Migrant (F-6)

You are eligible to apply if you must registered marriage to Korean government.

Most of the documents has to be prepared by Korean spouse and required

documents are in Korean, so we highly recommend you to go over the documents with your Korean spouse.

For all F-6 Visa applicants, we have to ask for your Korean Spouse’s criminal

background check to Korean National Police Agency (NO EXCECPTION).
