1. Overview

• ●Eligibility:
  Overseas Koreans and foreigners whose first language is not Korean.

• ●Test Date:
  Saturday, October 18, 2025 | 9:40 AM – 4:20 PM
  • TOPIK I: 9:40 AM – 11:20 AM
  • TOPIK II: 12:50 PM – 4:20 PM

• ●Test Location:
  Peninsula Korean School (VA)
  23 Semple Farm Road, Hampton, VA 23666

• ●Note: Test centers may not open if fewer than 10 applicants register per level.
  Early registration closure may occur due to capacity limits.

• ●Test Time Schedule:
  • TOPIK I: Entry by 9:10 AM → Start at 9:40 AM → End at 11:20 AM
  • TOPIK II:

• ○Session 1: Entry by 12:20 PM → Start at 12:50 PM → End at 2:40 PM

• ○Session 2: Entry by 3:00 PM → Start at 3:10 PM → End at 4:20 PM
  Late entry is not allowed. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the test.

2. Application

  July 21 (Mon) – August 1 (Fri), 2025 at 5:00 PM (Strictly enforced)

• ●Required Documents:

• 1.Completed application form with two attached passport-size color photos

• 2.JPG file of the photo (sent separately via email)

• 3.Test fee (check)

1. Application Form
• Attach two recent passport-size color photos

2. JPG Photo File
• Send a JPG version of the photo (same as attached on form) via email
• Specifications: 200kb, 354x472 pixels
• Format: JPG only (PNG, GIF, etc. not accepted)
• Filename format example: HongGildong_TOPIK I
• Email to: education.office@mofa.go.kr

Do not paste photos into the body of the email. Attach as a file only.

3. Test Fee
• TOPIK I: $40 / TOPIK II: $55
• Payment by check payable to: Korean Education Center
• For applicants requesting accommodations for disabilities, submit medical documentation and accommodation request form.
