As an additional measure to prevent the Covid-19 from spreading further, all visa applicants must submit the following documents.

  - Consent to Quarantine Form ( *For short-term visitors, please submit the attached Facility Quarantine Agreement form instead)

  - Health Condition Report Form 

▶ It takes approximately 2 weeks for our office to process your visa request due to COVID-19.

▶ The official visa submission date cannot be considered until we receive ALL required documents. If you submit your visa application documents and there are missing documents you can submit them later but the visa submission date will be the day we possess all the required documents. If this happens, your PCR test and result may no longer be valid.
