Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle

On September 25, Consul General Eunji Seo attended the Chuseok Festival held at Microsoft’s Redmond headquarters.

Now in its third year, the event welcomed over 1,500 participants who enjoyed Korean foods like bibimbap, gimbap, dakgangjeong, songpyeon, and sikhye, celebrating the spirit of Chuseok.

The Consulate offered a bibimbap mixing performance, giving attendees a hands-on cultural experience. Performances by Microsoft’s K-pop dance team Prism and the MS Open Orchestra received enthusiastic responses.

The joint festival continues to strengthen Korea–U.S. cultural exchange and friendship.
