Granting work permits to foreign workers in Vietnam-based enterprises and organisations

절차:
시행령(Decree No.105/2003/NĐ-CP) 3조 6항의 규정에 따라, 외국인 노동자는 다음의 서류를 제출해야 한다.
- A standard application form for a work permit by the employer;
- Two sets of the foreign employee’s documents, including:
+ A standard job application form;
+ An judicial CV issued by a competent body of the employee’s country. If the employee has lived in Vietnam for more than 6 months, he/she must have a judicial CV issued by the Vietnamese Municipal Justice Department of the locality where he/she lives;
+ A résumé (standard form);
+ Health certificate issued by a competent body of the employee’s country. If the employee is living in Vietnam, the certificate must be issued by the Vietnamese competent body as regulated by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health;
+ A copy of qualifications;
+ 3 photos (size 3cmx4cm)
외국기관이 발행한 모든 문서들은 베트남 법령에서의 규정에 따라, 신청자 국가의 영사확인을 받고 베트남어로 번역(공증번역)되어야 한다.
