How to make an Online Appointment(كيف تحجز موعدا لزيارة المكتب)

• 1.Visit the website(زور الموقع) ☞☞ https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do 

  2. Click "Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission" bottom left(اضغط الرابط في المربع الأحمر)

  3. Log in as a Non-Membership Log In(سجل الدخول غير عضوية)

  4. Select "Korean Embassy in Yemen", "Purpose of Visit", and "Date and Time of Visit"

      (اختر "سفارة كوريا لدى اليمن"-"هدف الزيارة"-"اختر اليوم والساعة المناسبة لكم)

  5. Print out or bring digital copy(screenshot) of the confirmation page and show it when you visit the Embassy

      (اطبع أو صور صفحة التأكيد لإبرازها عند دخول السفارة)

- Visitors picking up passport and visas can walk in without an appointment. They only need the receipt.

  (الزائرون لغرض استلام الجواز أو التأشيرة لا يحتاجون إلى موعد سابق. فقط علىهم إحضار الإيصال)
