The 81st TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean) notice (Test date: 9 Apr. 2022)

1. Test date: 9 April 2022 (Saturday)

2. Registration Period: 2022.01.25- 02.03 (Mon.-Fri., 08:00–11:30)
    (TOPIK test is conducted at the Korean Cultural Centre once a year. There is no additional test in 2022).

   ※ The first 30 applications only for each test will be accepted to comply with Covid 19 health regulations.  
   ※ Should applicants are fewer than 10 people for each test, the test will not take place.

3. Required documents for registration:
  ㅇ Application Form (attached form)
  ㅇ 2 ID photos (3cm x 4cm, Colour)
  ㅇ Registration Fee: R370 for TOPIK I, R440 for TOPIK II (Cash Only)
  ㅇ Valid Passport or ID Card
      * Name on the application form and the Passport/ID Card must be the same.

4. Application submission 
  ㅇ Venue: Reception at the Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa
       (Address: 267 Waterkloof Rd, Brooklyn, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa) 
  ㅇ Application can be submitted 
      1) in person by applicants or their immediate family members only. 
      2) through mail delivery to the Centre
          - If you want to mail your documents, it must be arrived at the Cultural Centre 
             by deadline date. 
  ㅇ Refund Policy: 100% will be refunded during the registration period. Thereafter there is no refund.

5. Test venue and information  

  ㅇ Test Venue: The Korean Cultural Centre in South Africa
       (Address: 267 Waterkloof Rd, Brooklyn, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa) 
  ㅇ Applicants must enter the test room at least 30 minute before the Test and cannot enter thereafter. 
  ㅇ Applicants must carry his/her Passport or ID Card and TOPIK Identification Slip. 
      - Should the name on the “Identification document“ and the “TOPIK Identification Slip“ differ, 
        applicants cannot take the test. 
  ㅇ Applicants must submit all the prohibited personal belongings (cellphone, camera, etc.) to the
       supervisor before entering the test room.

6. Announcement of Test Result:  
   ㅇ Please check TOPIK homepage(www.topik.go.kr) for the result.
