Job Offer: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea (Full-time)

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Austria is looking for a self-motivated and responsible candidate who is eager to acquire experience in a professional environment to work at the Embassy as receptionist, from April 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities
●Managing visitors to the Embassy
●Managing postmails coming in to and sending out from the Embassy
●Managing subscriptions and service contracts of the Embassy
●Assist Embassy activities and administration if required

Qualifications
●Oral and written proficiency in both German and English(Knowledge of Korean is an asset)
●Ability to develop and maintain contacts in both the public and private sectors, including at very senior levels, and an ability to engage/influence effectively
●Excellent communication skills both written and oral to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
●Self-management and responsibility, autonomy in planning and prioritizing daily tasks; ability to work on multiple assignments at once efficiently and to take responsibility
●Ability to adapt quickly and easily to sudden changes and a new environment
Salary & Benefits
●The basic salary as well as benefits including paid leave, social security, health insurance, etc. will be confirmed upon offer of employment.
