Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Austria and Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the International Organizations in Vienna

On Friday, April 11, the Embassy hosted a discussion titled “Successful Study Abroad in Austria” at the Korean Cultural Center for Korean students currently residing in Austria.

In his welcome remarks, Ambassador Ham Sang-wook spoke about the history and current status of Korean students in Austria and expressed hope that the event, which intends to strengthen communication and foster exchanges among Korean students in Austria, would empower the next generation of Korean global leaders.

Panelists included Kim Un-young (bassoon), Kim Ha-Eun (musicology), Lee Sang-Hwa (law), Lee Soo-Bin (viola), Cho In-Jae (chemical engineering), and Hong Seok-Joo (vocal music), who shared information on academic pursuits, university life, employment, and visa-related topics.
