The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea in Geneva invites qualified Proposers to propose to provide Security Guard Services for the premises of the Korean Mission located at Avenue de l’Ariana 1, 1202 Geneva.
1. PROJECT NAME
THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA IN GENEVA
2. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
It is the intent of the Korean Mission to award an agreement for services to highest ranked Proposer, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth herein. The base term of the Agreement shall be for 1 year (January 1ST, 2026 – December 31st, 2026)
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
□ Contractor will be responsible for providing the following services
- To provide security service from 08:00 to 18:00 during the regular business hours of the Korean Mission, Monday through Friday except on Holidays designated by the Korean Mission.
- To provide 2 patrols control in the Korean Mission area from 20:00 to 05:00 everyday including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- To provide 1 patrol control in the Korean Ambassador Residence area from 00:00 to 05:00 every day including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- To be dispatched to deal with following matters and take appropriate action.
Effraction, Aggression, Fire, Alarm, Mechanical problem
- To provide competent security guards adequately trained and disciplined with excellence and integrity during the service hours.
- To ensure the effective implementation of the security policies and procedures of the Korean Mission.
- To maintain command and communication channels with the Korean Mission.
- To provide full and timely reports on any security issues, including misbehaviors, accidents or incidents which may occur on the premises of the Korean Mission.
- To make daily reports, in full and timely manner, on any security issues, including abnormalities, misbehaviors, accidents or incidents, access vehicles and visitors.
□Security services shall include, but not limited to, the following:
- To provide security guards for identifying and screening visitors.
- To conduct periodic patrols and surveillance in and around the premises of the Korean Mission.
- To identify and report security and safety violations as well as to take immediate remedial measures.
- To keep records related to the performance of security duties.
- To take prompt actions to prevent or minimize losses, accidents, fires, property damages, safety hazards and security accidents or incidents.
4. TOTAL BUDGET : Approximately 142,000 CHF
5. DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE PROPOSAL
Proposal should be received by 18:00 p.m October 13th, 2025 via email to geneva.korea@mofa.go.kr
6. AWARD PROCEDURE
□ The highest ranked Proposer shall be awarded by the Korean Mission to conclude a Contract.
□ The Korean Mission will evaluate the proposal (80%) and the cost (20%). A written notice will be made to successful Proposer.
□ Any decision with regard to the award will be made at the sole discretion of the Korean Mission.
7. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSER
□ To submit proposal to the Korean Mission prior to the deadline.
□ To have been properly registered and authorized by relevant authorities to provide security services. Registration and authorization must be valid during the period of contract.
□ To possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in providing security personnel and related services in Geneva and to have successfully carried out relevant mandates and duties with any governments, public institutions, and foreign missions. Proof of these services must be provided in a written form such as a copy of contract.

9. DISQUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPOSAL
□ When the proposal is submitted by one who does not meet the qualifications of the Proposer.
□ When the required proposal documents are not to be received by the above specified deadline.
10. NOTICE
□ Submission of a proposal shall be considered as accepting all terms set forth in this Request for Proposal.
□ All the expenses incurred in order to prepare the proposal documents shall be borne by the Proposer. All the proposals that have been submitted shall become the sole property of the Korean Mission.
