Notice : Tender for Security & Guard Service

1. Overview

■ Subject : Security & Guard Services for the Korean Embassy premises and the Ambassador’s Residence in Prague

■ Descriptions on Security & Guard Service

- Embassy premises : Security service for 24hours per day during about 365 days

- Residence premises: Security service for 12 hours per day during about 365 days

- Monitoring service for the Embassy premises and Residence

■ Contract period : 24 months (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028)

2. Type of Tender : Through negotiation with bidders

3. Selection of Bidders for Negotiation (see Attachment 5)

- Step 1: Participants must achieve at least 68 points in the technical evaluation.

- Step 2: The participant with the highest total score (technical evaluation + bid price) will be given priority for negotiation.

4. Submission Period (41 days) : 2nd Oct 2025(Thurs) ~ 12th Nov 2025(Weds)

※ Submission due-date : 12 November 2025, 17:00 (Czech Local Time)

5. Submission : by e-mail (czech@mofa.go.kr)

- Please fill out the form of Attachment 1~4

6. Annual Budget (inc. VAT) : Approx. 180,000 (US$, all tax included)

- Bid prices must not exceed the budget and should include all costs associated with the services provided.

7. Security deposit (mandatory)

- Amount : 2% of the bid price

- Submission : Complete the Indemnity Report (Attachment 3) and submit it with the application form.

※ Note: All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit. The deposit is generally 2% of the bid price

and must be valid from the bid closing date (14 November 2025) to at least thirty (30) days after the initiation of preferential negotiation (26 November 2025). The deposit may be forfeited by the Korean Embassy (on behalf of the Korean Government) if the successful bidder fails or refuses to conclude the Service Agreement (Contract).

8. Integrity Agreement

- Please submit the signed Integrity Agreement (Attachment 4) with your application.
