Notice How to access 'VISA GRANT NOTICE' ONLINE

(Important Notice)
From 1st/July/2020, all Korean visas has been issued as 'Visa Grant Notice' in a form of printout.
The applicants are required to carry 'Visa Grant Notice' issued, when entering into Korea.
* This notice will also be available for applicants to print it out from the official web-page(www.visa.go.kr) at any time. (Please see the information below for direction)
The Embassy in Denmark issues 'Visa Grant Notice' to applicants when applicants visit the Embassy for the pick-up of passport/visa.
However, if you have lost the paper, you can use the followinig guidelines.

Please visit Korea Visa Portal(visa.go.kr) and refer to the menu below
* How to Transfer of Valid Multiple Entry Visa from Old Passport to New Passport
If you possess a valid multiple entry visa in your old passport and have since renewed your passport, you may follow the procedures below to transfer your visa to your new passport
1) Visit https://visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10208
2) Fill in your name as per the sequence in the machine-readable zone of your passport (i.e bottom of your passport), date of birth, old passport number and visa number.
※ The visa number is the first row of numbers located at the top right hand corner of your visa sticker and would start with "DK". We will only be able to approve transfer of visas that were issued in Denmark. If your visa number does not start with "DK", please contact the Korean Embassy that issued your visa for follow-up.
3) After completing the fields, click "Register". You will be redirected to the next page.
4) Fill in your new passport details and upload a scan copy of both your new and old passports.
5) Click "Register"
