Compulsory Appointment Required to Visit the Consular Section (Mandatory From 2 Jan 2025)

In order to improve the applicant's convenience and management, Consular Section of  Korean Embassy to Denmark will require mandatory appointment reservation in advance from all the applicants from 2 Jan 2025.

A person who would like to visit the Embassy to apply for a visa and other documents must make an appointment reservation as below before visit.

1. Go to www.g4k.go.kr and change the language to English at the top

2. Click 'Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission'

3. Make an appointment

*Cancel the appointment If you cannot present.
