Compulsory Appointment Required to Visit the Consular Section (Mandatory From 2 Jan 2025)

Consular Section of  Korean Embassy to Denmark requires mandatory appointment reservation in advance from all the applicants from 2 Jan 2025.

A person who would like to visit the Embassy must make an appointment reservation as below before visit.

1. Go to www.g4k.go.kr and change the language to English at the top

2. Click 'Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission'

3. Make an appointment

*Cancel the appointment If you cannot present.

**One appointment slot is for one application. You cannot submit multiple applications in one appointment.

***In case If we have additional questions OR requires schedule change, we will contact you - Applicant must reply accordingly.

***You can only visit the Consular Section at your appointment time.(ex.If you have an appointment at 10:15, then you may push the gate bell at 10:15.)
